About Nagi
Welcome to NAGI COSMETICS!
Founded by Gina Delisme, a serial entrepreneur, our journey began in 2012 when Gina was released from the Canadian Military after 9 years of service. Determined to forge a new career path outside of the traditional 9 to 5, Gina identified a gap in the beauty industry, particularly in makeup products catering to women of color. Thus, NAGI COSMETICS was born.
Our makeup line is now proudly sold at over 33 pharmacies, including Jean Coutu and Uniprix, spanning across Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick. Gina's vision for NAGI COSMETICS goes beyond just creating products; it's about representation and empowerment. She firmly believes that representation matters, especially in an industry where diversity is often lacking. With NAGI COSMETICS, Gina aims to provide black women with a brand they can truly identify with.
Gina's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication have garnered recognition, including an appearance on the national TV show Dragons Den in 2017. In 2019, she was selected as one of 35 Canadian young entrepreneurs to represent Canada at the G20 YEA in Japan, showcasing her commitment to innovation and leadership on the international stage.
Beyond business success, Gina is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She actively participates in discussion panels and delivers inspiring conferences in cegeps and universities, aiming to empower and inspire young adults to pursue their dreams.
At NAGI COSMETICS, we celebrate diversity and self-love. Gina's ethos is reflected in our motto: "We love ourselves and we all love our attributes, therefore, we celebrate who we are."
Join us on our journey of empowerment and self-expression with NAGI COSMETICS.
